Cancellation Policy

We require one night’s tariff or 20% of the total, whatever is greater as a deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is due upon arrival.

If you wish to cancel we will refund your deposit, minus a $20 admin charge, provided you give us more than 14 days notice before the arrival date.

If you give less than 14 days we keep the deposit as a cancellation fee and for less than 48 hours notice, we will require full payment unless we are able to rebook the room.

• It is essential you supply us with your estimated arrival time
• Check in is available from 2.00pm. Earlier may be possible, please ring.
• Check out: 11.00 am. Later may be arranged where possible for a small charge.
• The rooms are all non-smoking; however you can smoke responsibly on the verandahs.
• Any loss or damage incurred is the responsibility of the person who makes the booking, and breakages must be paid for prior to departure.
• Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm.
• We have no facilities to cater for children.
